Ingredients
¼ cup ginger, peeled and grated
¼ cup onion, grated (white or yellow)
2 tbsp garlic, grated (4–5 cloves)
3 tbsp lemon juice (½–1 lemon)
3–4 tbsp honey (to coat, adjust to taste)
Pinch salt (optional)
Method
Grate: Fine-grate ginger, onion, garlic into a clean bowl (or food-process to a paste).
Mix: Add lemon juice, honey, and salt. Stir until everything looks glossy and coated.
Store: Transfer to a clean jar. Lid and refrigerate up to 5 days.
Use: Stir 1 tsp into warm water or tea; or take a small spoonful. Shake before using.
