Ingredients

  • 4 thick slices bologna (½-inch thick preferred)

  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil

  • 4 slices white bread (or sandwich buns)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.

  2. Make a small “X” cut in the center of each bologna slice to prevent curling.
