Ingredients

  • 4 cups prepared stuffing (homemade or boxed, cooled)

  • 2 large eggs

  • ¼ cup chicken or turkey broth

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion or celery (optional)

  • ½ teaspoon poultry seasoning or sage

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste


Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. In a large bowl, combine stuffing, eggs, broth, melted butter, onion or celery (if using), poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  3. Scoop and roll mixture into golf-ball-sized balls.

  4. Place on prepared baking sheet, spacing slightly apart.

  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning once, until golden brown and crisp on the outside.

  6. Serve warm.
